摘　　要： 对我国体育院校现行专业和课程设置、体育人才培养等问题进行了研究。结果认为:改革体育高等教育的教学内容和课程设置,扩大学生学习的范围和领域,提高获取知识的能力是当前我国体育高等院校改革的重点;目前我国体育高等院校的课程设置仍存在与社会发展、人才培养目标不能协调一致,学生学习的自由度较小等问题;专业与课程设置单一,限制了各院校自由发展的空间,难以形成各校的特色,不利于市场经济体制下社会人才的竞争,也未能满足社会发展对体育人才多元化、多层次的需求。 The problems of current provision of specialties, courses and sports talent cultivation in physical education colleges and universities of China were studied. It was considered that the keystones of the current physical education reform in colleges and universities of China are to reform the teaching contents and curriculum provision, to enlarge the range and fields of the students' study and to improve their abilities to acquire knowledge. At present, the physical education curriculum provision trends to be reasonable, but there still exist several problems. The curriculum provision is uncoordinated with the social development and the aims of talent cultivation. The curriculum structure is unreasonable and there is less freedom for the students to study. The unitary of the specialty and curriculum provision restrict the space for colleges and universities to develop freely, so that it is difficult to form the characteristics of their own, which is unfavorable to social talent's competition under the market economy system and is not able to meet the pluralistic and multilevel demands of the social development on sports talents.
