摘　　要： 以文献资料法和例举法对中高级运动员选材中绝对评价的若干方法进行探讨,结果如下:1)在参加选拔的人数少、定性定量指标混杂的情况下,模糊贴近度和相似优先比两种方法能较好地解决单一效标下运动员的选拔和判别问题。2)层次分析法虽然在定性确定权重的方法中具有较高的科学性,但也受专家的主观经验和经历等方面的影响;灰色关联度能够在数据少、应变量已知的情况对权重进行较为客观的估计。 By means of consulting literature and citing several methods of absolute assessment in the identification of medium and highlevel athletes were discussed. The results are as follows: 1) Although the athletes taking part in the selection were not many, and the qualification indexes were mixing with the quantification indexes, the problem of selecting and distinguishing athletes under a single index can be solved better by the methods of fuzzy approximation and similarity priority ratio. 2) Although the analytic hierarchy process has its higher scientific nature in determining the weight in the qualification study, it is also influenced by subjective experiences of the specialists. The weight can be estimated objectively by the gray correlation degree under conditions of less data and variables known in advance.
