摘 要: 通过热模拟实验 ,考察了在不同变形温度和不同奥氏体晶粒尺寸等条件下保温对低碳钢形变后组织演变的影响。结果表明 ,在较低温度下变形得到的铁素体在保温时更稳定 ,随温度升高 ,易发生铁素体向奥氏体的逆相变。细晶奥氏体转变后的铁素体在保温时长大缓慢 ,所得组织稳定 ,并且保温后的组织也更为均匀。 The influence of deforming temperature as well as primal austenite grain sizes and holding time on the microstructure of transformation were investigated. The results suggested that ferrite grains obtained at lower deforming temperature were more stable during holding, the reverse transformation from ferrite to austenite tended to happen at a higher temperature. Ferrite transformed from finer austenite grains grew not as distinctly as those from coarser austenite grains, and the microstructure were more homogenous after holding for some time.
