摘　　要： 在室内循环养殖系统中研究了3种不同剂型VC对草鱼生长的影响。研究结果表明,以瞬间生长率和饲料系数为指标,在3种VC剂型中,以200mg/kg VC_3剂型的试验效果最佳,其次为200mg/kg VC_2剂型,以200mg/kg VC_1剂型效果最差。另外,饲料中3种VC剂型量的增加能降低草鱼的肝重比,并相应提高了草鱼肝脏VC的含量,尤其是200mg/kg的VC_2、VC_3剂型组草鱼的肝重比显著降低(P<0.01)。 The effects of three different forms of VC on the growing of grass carps fed in an indoor recycle feeding system was studied. Taking instantaneous growth coefficient and feed efficiency as evaluation indexes, the test results showed that Group 200 mg/kg VC3 was the best among the three test groups, the next was Group 200 mg/kg VC2, Group 200 mg/kg VC1 was the worst. Additionally, the dosage increase of the these three forms of VC could decrease the liver weight ratio of grass carps, and increased the VC content in the liver of grass carps accordingly, especially the liver weight ratio of the grass carps in the Group 200 mg/kg VC2 and Group 200 mg/kg VC3 obviously decreased( P < 0.01).
