摘　　要： 生物柴油因其对环境友好 ,由可再生的动植物油脂加工而成 ,再加上政治、经济的原因 ,越来越引起人们的关注。利用转酶反应生产生物柴油是切实可行的方法 ,但生产成本过高是制约其商业化生产的主要因素。 Biodiesel has become more attractive recently because of its environmental benefits and the facts that it is made from renewable vegetable oils and animal fats,and because of political and economic reasons.Transesterification is an available method to produce biodiesel.However,its high cost is the main hurdle to commercialization of the products.
