摘　　要： 本文通过集合理论,分析家族企业在产生、发展变化过程中其企业成员的地位和作用的变化,揭示家族企业繁衍规律及其企业制度建立、企业发展动力的内在动因,以期对我国私营企业的发展有所启示。 The paper analyses that the staffs situation and action change in the process of house enterprise establishment and development via Set theory, discloses the law of the development and inner motive of establishing the system for house enterprise. The paper favors Chinese house enterprise development.
