摘 要: 用Fenton试剂催化氧化法预处理染化厂含苯胺类物质的废水。对影响废水中苯胺类物质去除率的各种因素进行了考察,结果表明,在常温下当废水中苯胺类物质的含量为800mg/L时,在pH为3.5、H2O2和Fe2+用量分别为28mmol/L和2.8mmol/L的条件下,苯胺类物质的去除率可达98.0%,COD去除率达到76%,废水的BOD5/CODCr值由0提高到0.32,显著地提高了废水的可生化性。 Anilinecontaining dye wastewater was treated with Fenton's reagent oxidation method. Some factors which influence the removal rate of anilinecontaining were investigated. When pH is 3.5, the concentrations of H2O2 and Fe2+ are 28mmol/L and 2.8mmol/L respectively in wastewater, the experimental result indicated that the removal rate of aniline can reach 98% and the removal rate of CODCr is 76% under the conditions of room temperature, the raw wastewater aniline 800mg/L , and the ratio of BOD5/CODCr can reach 0.32 after treatment. The effluent can be easily treated by conventional biochemical method.
