摘 要: 旅游者作为生态旅游活动的主体,其满意程度是旅游景区核心竞争力的关键。文章在参考和借鉴相关文献的基础上,构建了生态旅游景区游客满意度测评指标体系,并以桂林古东景区为研究对象,对该景区游客满意度进行测评,根据调查结果,提出进一步提升其游客满意度的对策建议,以期为生态旅游的和谐健康发展提供若干参考和借鉴。 As subjects in eco- tourism activities, tourists ’ degree of satisfaction constitutes core competitiveness of scenic areas. Based on document studies,this paper tries to build an evaluation system concerning tourists’ degree of satisfaction with eco- tourist scenic areas. Taking the Gudong Scenic Area as an example,the author recorded tourists ’ ’ degree of satisfaction with the area and then put forward some countermeasures in upgrading tourists’ degree of satisfaction,aiming to offer references for eco- tourist scenic areas to develop more healthily and sustainably.
