摘　　要： 德国职业教育的发展,在全球处于领先地位。通过研究德国职业教育的模式,分析德国职业教育的特点,提出应当吸取德国职业教育的成功经验,结合我国国情加快发展高等职业教育,引进科学的办学理念,先进的管理和培养模式,提高教育质量,形成自己的办学优势和办学特色。 German vocational education plays a leading role in the world.Through the study of its education mode and the analysis of its characteristics,we propose that we should learn from its good experience,combine our national conditions to accelerate the development of higher vocational education by the introduction of scientific educational ideas,advanced management and training mode so as to improve the quality of education,form our own advantages and features of running a school.
