摘　　要： 测定淡紫拟青霉YC0447菌株对灯盏花根结线虫致病性和防治效果。结果表明:处理12d后YC0447孢子悬浮液对卵的相对寄生率为83.50%;利用不同稀释浓度的YC0447发酵滤液处理灯盏花根结线虫2龄幼虫,稀释60%处理24h后相对死亡率达74%以上。在温室盆栽试验中,用剂量为20g/株淡紫拟青霉固体菌剂处理,60d后灯盏花地上部鲜重增加85.8%,根重增加46.5%,株高增加32.1%,防治效果为64.7%。 The YC0447 strain of Paecilomyces lilacinus was demonstrated as a highly effective strain to control Erigeron breviscapus root-knot nematode . Results indicated that the petri-dish test showed 83.50% of the eggs were parasitized by the fungus 12d after inoculation .Using fermented filtrates of dif-ferent diluted times to deal with juveniles Erigeron breviscapus root-knot nematodes ,relative death rate of juveniles more than 74% by the 60 percent diluted solution of YC0447 filtrate 24h after treatment .A pot experiment was conducted in glass house to evaluate the biological control effect of the YC 0447 strain of P .lilacinus against Erigeron breviscapus root-knot nematode .After 60 days ,the fungus solid culture treatment at dosages of 20g/stock increased the fresh mass weight of the above ground part of the plants by 85.8% ,increased the weight of root by 46.5% ,increased the plant height by 32.1% ,and the control effect was 64.7% .
