摘　　要： 本文在总结前人关于规模经济论述的基础上 ,对规模经济的成因进行了深入探讨 ,得出了规模经济本质是结构经济的新论断 ,即规模并不是导致经济的根本原因 ,规模经济的本质是通过结构优化而实现的经济 ;并基于此结论发展了如何确定最优经济规模的新方法。 Based on many previous stud ies on scale economy,through analysis ab out how the “scale”influncing the “econom y ” ,the paper concludes that the essence o f scale economy is structure economy,and develops new techniques to find the best economy scale.
