摘　　要： 生态城市的实质是可持续发展的城市。在生态城市建设过程中 ,城市生态文化的建设显得尤其重要 ,能为城市发展提供可持续发展的保障。城市生态文化的建设应包括精神文化。 The ecocity is the city of sustainable development. In the process of construction of ecocity, the construction of city ecoculture is very important, as it guarantees the sustainable development for the city. The construction of the city ecoculture means that of the spiritual culture, system culture and material culture.
