摘　　要： 中等收入阶段与人口老龄化是当前我国经济、社会与人口发展的主要特征。在总结了处在中等收入阶段和已经跨越中等收入阶段代表性国家应对人口老龄化的经验教训的基础上,提出了我国应对人口老龄化挑战可采取的政策措施和制度安排。 The main characteristics of China’s economy, society and population development are population aging and the middle income period. By summarizing the experience of both the countries that are in the middle income period and the countries that have already spanned the middle income period, this paper puts forward the implication in dealing with the challenge of population aging in the middle income period of China.
