摘 要: 通过螺栓力矩检查、硬度试验、金相检验、化学成分分析以及验证试验等方法,分析了某汽车发动机AC2C铝合金气缸盖变形原因。结果表明:由于该气缸盖时效温度偏低,使气缸盖硬度高于技术要求;在气缸盖工作过程中,排气一侧两气缸相邻的中间区域,其工作温度高于气缸盖时效温度,长时间的高温作用导致该区域发生过时效,硬度下降,从而产生凹陷变形。 The deformation reasons of a cylinder cover were analyzed by means of bolt bending torque testing,hardness testing,metallographic examination,chemical compositions analysis and verification testing.The results show that the lower aging temperature made hardness of the cylinder cover was higher than the specified scope.During the cylinder working,because the actual temperature of the intermediate zone of two cylinders' exhaust sides was higher than the aging temperature action,overaging would happen after long time high temperature,which resulted in the hardness decreasing and hollow deformation.
