摘　　要： 劳动法律中有关劳务派遣的条文没能有效规制劳务派遣的发展,劳务派遣规模不但越来越大,而且被派遣劳动者权益也遭受巨大损害。要控制派遣规模的扩张,使劳务派遣重新成为正规雇佣制度的一种补充用工形式,必须严格规制劳务派遣期限,这是有效控制派遣规模的重要路径。 Implement of the provisions of labor dispatch brings about not only the dispatch scale, but also tremendous damage of workers' rights. To control the expansion of the dispatch scale, restrictions on the period of dispatch is very important path.
