摘　　要： 高校党组织应以社会主义核心价值观个人层面的价值准则为导向,以实现教师党员和学生党员协同发展、确保发展党员工作质量为目标,创新性地探索发展党员工作的质量保障及评估机制、指标体系。 Oriented by the principles of socialist core values for citizens,and to realize the synergetic development of party members among teachers and students in universities and colleges,the paper study the quality assurance,assessment mechanism and indicator system of the development of undergraduate party members in a creative way.
