摘　　要： 公安专业的法学教育是我国整体法学教育领域中不可缺少的重要组成部分,承担着为国家公安执法战线输送法律专门人才的任务。但是目前我国公安法学教育整体状况不容乐观,存在着忽视法学教育、教学设置不合理等诸多问题。应从"学会"模式转变为"会学"模式,强化法学实践教学环节的地位,建立以"法律诊所"为主、多种模式并存的公安法学教学模式等方面予以完善。 Legal education in the major of public security is an important part in the whole field of law education,and it is responsible for the task of providing legal expertise for public security.But the current situation of public security legal education is not optimistic as a whole,and there exits ignoring the existence of legal education,teaching unreasonably and many other issues.The style of education should be changed into 'learn' mode—not to 'learn' mode,strengthen the position of legal practice teaching,establish 'legal clinic',and improve multi-mode co-existence of public security law and other aspects of teaching mode.
