摘　　要： 在微信的注册用户中,大学生是非常重要的一个用户群体。毋庸置疑,"微信文化"已经对大学生的生活方式、行为习惯、社交方式以及价值观念等各个方面产生了深刻影响,利弊共存,喜忧参半。文章从关工委工作者的管理角度,试着通过对微信的积极意义分析,畅谈如何利用微信更好地去建设和创新关工委微信平台的育人工作机制。 In the registered users of the WebChat,college students is very important for a user group. Needless to say, WebChat culture has made a great influence on every aspect of college students’way of life,habits,social practices,and values etc,coexisted advantages and disadvantages ,mingled hope and fear. From committee workers management perspective,this ar-ticle try to talk about how to use WebChat to better construction and innovation committee WebChat platform mechanism of the educational work through the analysis of the positive significance of “WebChat”.
