摘　　要： 学习型党组织是构建学习型政党的内在要求,民办高校党组织是党的基层组织的重要组成部分,在新时期的地位和作用更加凸显。加强民办高校学习型基层党组织建设,充分发挥基层党组织的政治核心作用,对民办高校促进教风学风建设、实现学生工作由"管束型"向"引导型"转变、提升人才培养水平等具有重大的意义。 The learning party organization is the inherent requirement of the establishment of the study-oriented party,the party organizations of private colleges is an important part of the party′s basic-level organization,It’s position and function in the new era is more important. To strengthen the construction of a learning party organizations at the grass-roots level private colleges,give full play to the basic-level party organization′s political role as the core,can promote Learning and teaching at-mosphere for private colleges,to realize the student work from the “bundle”to “guide”type change,enhance the level of per-sonnel training and so on is of great significance.
