摘 要: 高校生涯教育是以职业发展为核心开展课程教学、生涯辅导和咨询。叙事疗法的"共构生涯故事""赋予生涯意义"和"生涯即故事",将学生视为自我生涯的创作者和责任者,与过程取向的高校生涯教育存在以人为本、正向积极、赋予意义的共通之处,叙事疗法理念的拓展或可在高校生涯教育中将产生新的应用。 Vocational development,the fundamental course of college Career Education,carries out teaching, career guidance and counseling,The narrative therapy helps the student to be the creator of their own career and gives them a sense of responsibility by organizing such activities as 'making up career story together','endowing career with meaning'and'career is story'.This is in line with the guidance of people-oriented college career education which guides the college students positively.The popularization of narrative therapy will give college career education a new momentum.
