摘 要: 本文首先分析了大学英语教学的现状,进而指出其现存的诸多问题中的一个核心问题,即在外语教学中对学生思辨能力培养的缺失。笔者紧扣语言教学的本质,从语言与思维之紧密关系的角度来诠释大学英语教学的深刻内涵,进而指明大学英语教学的显性目标与隐性目标,最后得出大学英语教学与学生思辨能力借力互助的重要结论。 This paper analyzes the current situation of College English teaching, and then points out the core problem of the existing problems, namely, the lack of the students' thinking ability in foreign language teaching. The essence of the closely linked to language teaching, from the perspective of a tight relationship between language and thought to interpret the profound connotation of College English teaching, then points out that college English Teaching of the explicit goal and the hidden goal, finally come to the university English teaching and students' critical thinking competence leveraging mutual important conclusions.
