摘　　要： 结合多年工作经验,对教育技术由电化教育、视听教育到网络教育所经历的几个阶段进行描述及在不同阶段对教育技术人员的要求.指出多媒体远程教育将对传统教育产生革命性变革的同时,也对教育技术人员赋予了新的重任. On the basis of years' work on educational technology, we analyze the phases of educational technology resources and different requirements for the related personnel in the different phases. Multimedia distance education will bring about a revolution or a great reform in traditional educational mode, while this reform will renew their traditional concepts on educational technology.
