摘　　要： 我国从开始研究废干电池的回收与利用至今,仍无一技术可大规模地解决废旧电池的环境污染问题及回收废旧电池中的宝贵资源问题。对我国废干电池再生利用技术研究提出了几点看法,认为我国废干电池再生利用技术不仅要注意环境无害化、资源化,还要考虑产业化和适应性问题,使我们的技术既有高的技术含量,又符合我国国情。 Since the study of the recycling of waste dry battery, until now, China did not find an ideal way to deal with the pollution caused by waste dry battery for lacking of a viable disposal technologySome suggestions on the research of treatment of waste dry battery were put forward When disposing the waste dry batteries,it should not only eliminate the pollution and recycle resources but also should pay attention to the industrialization and adaptability of technologies So the disposal technologies could access to a high level and suit to the specific condition of China
