摘　　要： 论述了注塑成形过程仿真系统HSCAE3D的关键技术和创新点。实验和实践证明 ,HSCAE3D系统为注塑制品和模具的虚拟制造奠定了坚实的理论和技术基础 。 In this paper,the key techniques and innovate points of simulation system HSCAE3D of plastic injection molding is introduced.It has been proved that HSCAE3D system provide firm base of theory and technology for the virtual manufacturing of injected part and mold,and firm core technique of quality control in the process of manufacturing injected part
