摘　　要： 目前 ,二元社会体制在我国城乡结合部地区并存 ,严重影响了城乡结合部地区的发展 ,如何消除城乡二元壁垒 ,推进城乡结合部地区的可持续发展 。 Nowdays, There exists diadactic system which has become a great barrier in the urbanization course of region combining rural with urban. So it is one of the important problems which must solve that how to remove the dual barrier and push on the continous development of the region combining rural with urban.
