摘　　要： 21世纪是个网络的时代,网络技术在提供给人类前所未有的高效、自由地享受信息的同时,也给人类套上了枷锁。网络安全、网络欺诈、域名争端、侵犯隐私、知识产权保护、网络纠纷的处理让人们不能再无视法律的力量。网络呼唤法律,网络需要法律。本文即是对此时代前沿问题的回应。试图从法理学的角度论述与网络有关的法律问题。考察网络、网络空间的性质,然后指出网络空间的核心资源——信息,并分析信息的本质;论证网络空间的特征,证明法律在网络空间中的地位。 Pieces of the eras of network in 21st century, technology in offering network an unprecedented one high-efficient mankind enjoying information free, Put mankind in the chains too.
