摘　　要： 公司重构是美国最先进行的一场管理革命,本文在简单讨论公司重构的背景之后,对公司重构的动因作出了分析,辅以例证。所引的案例大部分来自于中国本地,对指导我国的企业在什么样的情况下进行公司重构有一定的意义。 Corporate restructure is a management revolution carrying through in US in the first instance. This paper discusses the background, then it dealing with the cause and driver of the corporate restructure. Most of the cases utilizing in this article are coming from Chinese mainland, which will be of significance to instruct the enterprise in our country.
