摘　　要： GPS/GSM/GIS技术在交通监控调度管理和导航中的应用越来越广泛,市场前景十分广阔。文中从某船队的货运作业船舶监控调度系统的构建出发,分析了海船监控调度系统的工作原理和系统结构,进而探讨了基于GPS/GSM/GIS技术集成的海船监控调度系统的设计实现方案。 With the development of economy and the increase of number of vehicles, traffic management and attemperring with reason become an important issue in traffic system. Traffic Monitoring and Attemperring System based on Geographic Information System(GIS) technology, Global Positioning System(GPS) technology and Global System for Mobile Communication(GSM)technology can help to improve the issue effectively. The goal of establishment, the working principium and the framework of Sea-boat Monitoring and Attemperring System are analyzed on the basis of constructing cargoboat Monitoring and Attemperring System for a flotilla, and the scheme of Designing and Implementing Sea-boat Monitoring and Attemperring System are discussed based on the Integration of GPS/GSM/GIS technology. Finally, the function characteristics and application of the system are described.
