摘 要: 对半导体激光器波长(频率)漂移的检测原理进行了分析,用计算机仿真分析出波长锁定的最佳区域。通过对波长漂移检测灵敏区域的界定和捕捉范围的选择,确定鉴频F P窄带滤光片的参数,提出波长锁定器光路优化的方法。 The theory of semiconductor laser wavelength(frequency) shift is analyzed. The optimal region for wavelength(frequency) lock was selected by means of computer simulation. The parameters of FP thin film filter were obtained in terms of the limitation of the optimal region for wavelength(frequency) shift and the selection of capture range. A consideration to optimize optical design of wavelength locker is proposed.
