摘　　要： 文章从市场经济的视角 ,分析了当前我国高等教育的发展机遇与制约因素 ,提出了“教育资源利用与市场行为结合起来 ,形成教育资源调节机制”的观点 ,并提出了以“‘三源’市场调节机制”对高等教育发展进行调节的思路。 The development opportunities and restraints are analyzed from the viewpoint of market economy in the paper. It viewed that the using of educational resources should be combined with the market measures should be connected in order to establish the mediating mechanism of educational resources. The development of higher education could be regulated by the 'three resources' market regulatuing mechanism.
