摘　　要： 对上海郊区生活垃圾特征、收运处置设施以及管理方面存在的问题进行了分析 ,指出郊区生活垃圾呈现产量增幅迅猛、组分日趋复杂的特点。从管理体制、投资体制及市场化机制建设等方面提出了管理的对策措施 ,以期实现上海郊区生活垃圾的减量化、资源化。 The existing problems of domestic refuse characteristics of Shanghai Suburb in receiving and transfor facilities and management are analyzed.The characteristics of rapid production increasement of the suburb domestic refuse with more complexity of the components are pointed out. The strategy measure management of the management,investment and market system constructions in order to fulfil the reduction,resource and harmlessness of domestic refuse in Shanghai suburb is presented.
