摘 要: 研究了小型开放系统中不同浓度的铵氮对微囊藻生长的影响.在4个分别命名为N1、N2、N3、N4的水箱中,除铵氮浓度不同,其它的条件基本一致,且正磷酸盐设为足量,达到1.65mg·L-1,4个水箱中铵氮浓度分别为5.23mg·L-1,12.43mg·L-1,22.5mg·L-1,37.28mg·L-1,结果表明,铵氮浓度小于2.54mg·L-1时对微囊藻的生长起抑制作用;当浓度在7mg·L-1~15mg·L-1时,微囊藻呈暴发性生长;高于19.25mg·L-1的铵氮抑制微囊藻的生长. This paper presents the effect of ammonium in different concentrations on the growth of Microcystis in the small open systems. Except different ammonium, the similar grown conditions was provided and phosphates was enough for the growth of Microcystis with concentration 1.65 mg·L-1.The initial ammonium concentrations were 5.23 mg·L-1, 12.43 mg·L-1, 22.50 mg·L-1, 37.28 mg·L-1 in the four water tanks named N1,N2,N3 and N4 respectively. The result indicated that the ammonium concentration below 2.54 mg·L-1 limited the growth of Microcystis, that ranging from 7 mg·L-1 to 15 mg·L-1, brought about Microcystis growth rapidly, and the growth of Microcystis was inhibited by the ammonium with concentration above 19.25 mg·L-1.
