摘　　要： 针对科技型小微企业在技术路线图规划与制定方面存在的能力和资源局限,本文基于技术挖掘(Tech Mining,TM)的基础理论和方法,结合工程管理的思想,构建了一个面向小微科技企业技术路线图规划的技术挖掘工程模型。通过引入工程化的概念,以及技术挖掘活动的流程标准化管理思想,尝试构建一个可以容纳和集聚多学科、多专业技术和管理人员分工协作的平台。技术挖掘工程模型的提出,对于科技型中小企业,尤其是一些缺乏专业化技术路线图规划能力的小微企业,在提升企业的技术管理能力,科学评价企业技术和研发绩效,以及企业技术路线图的制定等领域,或许具有一定的积极作用和实践意义。 In view of the existing limitations in capabilities and resources ofsmall and micro enterprises of science and technologyon technology road- mapping and its formulation,depending on the basic concept and framework of tech mining,and in combination with the philosophy of engineering management,this paper proposed a new model of tech mining engineering( TME). This model of TME fully reflects the flexible process and the standardization management ideas,and the multi- discipline and multi-professional technology,the management of the standards. TME is proposed for the scientific and technological enterprises,especially some of the small and micro enterprises,to enhance their technology road planning capabilities,evaluate more accurately their own technology and R&D management,as well as the development of small and micro enterprises technology road- mapping,technology management system and other related management areas,so it may have a certain role and practical significance in such aspects.
