摘 要: 对科研团队中科研人员绩效考评的现状进行了分析,采用岗位设置和目标激励的方法,对科研人员进行绩效考核和评价,激发科研人员工作的主动性和积极性。 This paper analyzes the current state of the performance evaluation for R&D staff and makes a performance evaluation and examination of the scientific researchers with the strategy of post set- up and objective incentive in order to arouse the higher enthusiasm and creativity in the R&D staff.
