摘 要: 我国商业银行目前的激励机制至少存在两大缺陷:其一,激励方式单一,偏重物质激励,对人们的其他需要重视不够;其二,在物质激励方面,“逆调节”机制明显。而人们的需要是多层次的,这要求我们在人力资源管理中要科学分析员工的需要,坚持差异化激励原则;做好岗位分析和设计,坚持量才适用的原则;把物质激励和精神激励相结合,坚持以发展前景为基础的物质激励;创新企业文化,贯彻人文关怀原则。 There are at least two drawbacks in incentive mechanism of commercial banks at present. Firstly, a single way of incentive is emphasized on material awards, and other human wants are ignored;Secondly, in material incentive, 'adverse regulation' mechanism is manifest. However,human wants vary in different levels. This requires scientific analysis on the wants of staff in human resource management to follow the rule of differential incentive, to make post analysis and design to follow the rule of exploitation intellectual at their best; to combine material awards with spirit incentive and persist in material incentive on the basis of development prospects; to innovate business culture and effect the rule of 'human care
