摘 要: 针对某尾矿回收厂球磨机的钢球填充率、钢球配比不合理及钢球尺寸偏大等因素而导致的磨矿细度达不到后续浮选要求的现状,通过应用球径半理论公式和精确化补装球法,计算出磨机的钢球球径、配比以及需要的补加球量,对现场磨矿工艺进行改进优化,改善了磨矿效果,提高了矿物单体解离度及选别指标。 Due to unreasonable ball loading rate, inappropriate matching ratio of grinding balls and oversize grinding balls in the ball mill of a certain tailings recovery plant, the grinding fineness fails to reach the requirements of subsequent fl otation. In the paper, semi-theoretical formulae of ball diameter and precious ball loading and adding method were applied to calculate the ball diameter, matching ratio and ball amount needed to add. On-site grinding process was optimized, thus the grinding effects improved, and the mineral monomer dissociation degree and separation indexes enhanced.
