摘　　要： 随着我国高等教育改革日益深化,教育理念、管理方式、体制、机制等都随之而变,各层次、各领域毕业生逐年增加,随着经济快速增长的同时也显现出诸多问题。本文作者就本学院开展的优良学风建设,探讨了优良学风对培养综合素质高、适应性强的优秀毕业生的重要性,同时在思想建设和实践探索上肯定了优良学风对增强毕业生就业竞争力的作用。 With the deepening of China's higher education reform, education idea, management mode, system and mechanism have been changed at all levels and in various fields of graduates increased year by year, along with the rapid economic growth also appeared many problems. The author of this excellent study style construction in the college, discusses the importance of cultivating outstanding graduates fine style of high comprehensive quality, strong adaptability, and affirms the role of good style of study to enhance the employment competitiveness of graduates in the ideological construction and practice.
