摘 要: 利用离子自组装技术在石英片表面制备了TiO2/PSS有序交替的层状纳米多层膜.采用透射电子显微镜、接触角测量仪和原子力显微镜对所制备的TiO2溶胶粒子和TiO2/PSS有序纳米多层膜进行了结构表征并研究了其微观摩擦学性能.结果表明:摩擦力随着薄膜层数的增加而减小. Multilayer ultrathin films composed of titanium dioxide nanosized particles and PSS had been fabricated on quartz substrates by a ironic self-assembly method. Contact angle measurements demonstrate that the water contact angle alternates regularly in accordance with molecules from the outermost layer of the films. The microtribological behavior of the thin films was studied by an AFM. The results indicate that the friction force decreases when the film number of layers increases.
