摘　　要： 讨论在社会经济由计划向市场转型的条件下 ,大学城规划建设的几个问题 .强调大学城的规划应立足于当地社会经济发展的综合目标 ;政府的角色在于调控 ,鼓励当地居民参与 ,建立联合各方的有效运作机制 ,制定正确的规划策略 ,从而创造优良环境 . Some issues on university town are suggested under the condition of China's society (turning) from planning system to marketing system. The planning goal of university town should be established in accordance with the development of the local society and its economy.The local go-vernment plays the role to mediate and control,to encourage public participation in these activities,to set up the effective system to unite each part of the society and to make right decisims to serve the goal.Excellent environment will be finally created in this way.
