摘　　要： 我国治理环境的责任开始由政府转向企业 ,企业将面临国家征收排污费、发生环境事故、违反环境法规、国家产业和金融政策的变化、“绿色”壁垒以及雇员环境意识的增强等来自企业内部和外部的各种风险。企业可采取树立环保意识、建立环境管理体系、创新环保技术。 As the responsibilities of harnessing the environment have been transferred from government to enterprise, Chinese enterprises have to face more and more environment risks which come from external or interior: Nation′s collecting fee of draining off polluted materials, environmental accidence, violating laws of environment protection, changing regulations of industry and finance, green barrier as well as the enhancing environmental awareness of employee. Enterprises can take such actions to reduce the environment risks as acquiring environment consciousness, establishing environment risk and management system, using creative technology, training the employees etc.
