摘 要: 利用溶胶-凝胶法制备样品,通过对烧结条件的研究,在一定烧结温度范围内合成出α-LiAlO2.对α-LiAlO2的结构稳定性及相演变过程进行了研究.利用X射线衍射和Raman光谱等手段对α-LiAlO2进行结构测试,首次发现了α-LiAlO2的Raman特征谱,并对其进行标定. The samples of α-LiAlO2 were synthesized by sol-gel method in a sintering temperature extent through the study of the sintering conditions.We have studied the structrual stability and phase transition of α-LiAlO2 .The structural properties of α-LiAlO2 were characterized using X-ray diffraction and Raman spectra.The Raman spectra characteristic of α-LiAlO2 were observed for the time and were demarcated.
