摘 要: 研究了一种以空气为原料的电化学氧提取方法 .该氧提取分离系统以泡花镍为阳极 ,碳 -聚四氟乙烯空气电极为阴极 ,KOH溶液为电解液 .利用常规的滴定分析方法测定了电解液中各种离子的浓度 ,并利用气相色谱测定了电解气中的氧气纯度 (体积分数 ) .实验结果表明 ,生产每公斤氧气的耗电量为 1.5 6~ 1.86kW·h ,电解气中的氧气含量 (体积分数 )可达 99.8%以上 ,反应主要以阴极消耗空气中的氧气生成OH- 和HO- 2 ,阳极OH- 和HO- 2 A new method of electrochemical extraction of oxyg e n from air was studied in this paper. The extraction system consists of undivide d cells with a nickel anode, a carbon_polyterfluoroethylene air_fed cathode and KOH solution as electrolyte. T he concentrations of ions in electrolyte were measured by normal analysis method , and the content of oxygen in electrolysis gas was measured by gas chromato graphy. The experimental results show that the energy consumption to extract 1 k g oxygen is 1.56~ 1.86 kW·h. The volume fractiom of oxygen in electrolysis gas is 99.8% a bove. The cells reaction mainly is that OH - and HO - 2 ions are electrogener ated at cathode and are also anodically decomposed to release oxygen at anode.
