摘　　要： 采用生物碱系统提取、硅胶柱层析分离及梯度升华技术从小花棘豆干草粉中分离出一种白色针状结晶。 A white needle crystal was isolated and purified on systematic extraction of the alkaloid by silica gel column and gradient sublimation from Oxytropis glabra It was identified to be swainsonine by physicochemical properties and spectral data analyses
