克氏原螯虾的生理生态学研究 I.标准代谢

摘  要: 对克氏原螯虾(Procambrusclarkii)的耗氧率、二氧化碳排出率及氨氮排泄率进行了测定,并研究了能源物质的供能比。结果表明,体重(22.25±14.35)g的克氏原螯虾在水温(20.0±0.5)℃时,耗氧率为(0.191±0.081)mg·g-1·h-1,CO2排出率为(0.207±0 085)mg·g-1·h-1,NH3-N排泄率为(0.669±0.199)μg·g-1·h-1,能耗率为(2.94±1 19)J·g-1·h-1;试验虾代谢中蛋白质、碳水化合物和脂肪提供的能量比为2.7∶29.9∶67 4;耗氧率(R0)与体重(m)负相关,关系式为R0/(mg·g-1·h-1)=1.3565(m/g)-0.6882。 The standard metabolism of Procambrus clarkii collected from a market in Jingzhou were studied under nonfeeding and resting conditions from April to May of 2001. The results showed that oxygen consumption, CO2 production and NH3-N excretion of the shrimp weighing (22.25±14.35) g were (0.191±0.081) mg·g-1·h-1, (0.207±0.085) mg·g-1·h-1 and (0.699±0.199) μg·g-1·h-1 under water temperature of (20.0±0.5) ℃, respectively. Respiratory quotients, oxygennitrogen ratio and metabolic substrate rate were used to describe the substrate metabolism of crawfish. It indicated that oxidation of lipid dominated energy metabolism while carbohydrate and protein were the second and the third sources of energy metabolism, and energy ratio of protein, carbohydrate and lipid in metabolic substrate of the crawfish was 2.7∶29.9∶67.4. The oxygen consumption rate (R0) was significantly affected by the level of oxygen dissolved in water, and negatively correlated with the body weight (m) of the crawfish, and the relationship could be expressed as: R0/( mg·g-1·h-1) =1.356 5(m/g)-0.688 2 (n=40, r=-0.947 8, P<0.01).
