摘　　要： 萃取干燥工艺被认为是提高UHMWPE冻胶纤维拉伸性能的良好途径,而萃取干燥方式的选择是提高萃取干燥效果的技术关键。本文探讨并确定了最佳的萃取干燥方式,结果表明萃取干燥的最佳方式是:先超声多次萃取,再适温张紧干燥。 The mode of extracting and drying is regarded as a good way to improve the draw ability of UHMWPE gel-spun fiber. While the selecting of this mode is the key technique to improve the effect of extracting and drying. The optimum of the mode was discussed and determined in this paper. The result shows that the best mode is ultrasonic-extracting for several times and then drying tightly.
