摘 要: Co/ZSM - 5分子筛催化剂是一种具有较强催化活性的醛氨缩合催化剂 ,其主要特点是反应条件温和、择形选择性高、副产物少。醛氨缩合反应是制备烷基吡啶最具代表性的反应路线之一。本研究用SEM、XRD、IR和BET等技术考察了Co/ZSM - 5分子筛的物理化学特性 ,并将Co/ZSM - 5分子筛用于醛氨缩合合成烷基吡啶的反应。研究表明 ,浸渍液的钴含量 (质量分数 )为0 .5 %~ 1.0 % ,对ZSM - 5可起到很好的改性作用 ;钴含量为 0 .4 %~ 0 .6 % ,烷基吡啶的选择性最佳 ;浸渍次数 1~ 3次最好。通过浸渍法使得Co2 +进入ZSM - 5分子筛骨架中 ,对醛氨缩合反应有较高的催化活性和选择性。采用Co/ZSM - 5分子筛 ,烷基吡啶的收率可以达 80 %以上。 Co/ZSM-5 zeolite has high catalytic activity in aldehyde-ammonia condensation reaction. Co/ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst has moderate reaction condition, high shape selectivity, and little byproduct.Aldehyde-ammonia condensation reaction is one of the typical routes to manufacture alkylpyridine. The physical and chemical properties of Co/ZSM-5 zeolite were studied by SEM,XRD,IR and BET methods. The Co/ZSM-5 zeolite was used to prepare alkylpyridine from aldehydes and ammonia. Experimental results showed that Co 2+ entered the framework of the ZSM-5 zeolite by dipping method, the Co content in Co/ZSM-5 zeolite catalysts was about 0.5%~1%, preferably about 0.4%~0.6%, by weight of the catalyst, and dipping 1~3 times was suitable. The yields of alkylpyridine could be more than 80% using Co/ZSM-5 zeolite.
