摘　　要： 该文对三倍体毛白杨各部位的纤维形态学参数进行了测定 ,发现各部位纤维长宽比、壁腔比、细小组分含量等值略有不同 ,纤维形态也存在差异。重点研究了三倍体毛白杨超微结构及木素的微区分布 :用SEM、SEM -EDXA、TEM技术研究 ,发现超微结构属典型的分层结构 ,分为P、S1、S2、S3层 ,S1层较薄 ,S2层厚、S3层不明显。木素在各形态区中的分布是不均一的 ,其密度大小服从CC >CML > Fiber morphological properties of triploid populus tomentosa were analysed in this paper.It was found that morphological parameters including length width ratio,runkel ratio of each part of the wood are some different. Wood ultrastructure and lignin distribution in cell wall were mainly studied by SEM and TEM and their accessory tools and techniques.The results indicate that cell wall is typically composed of P,S 1,S 2,and S 3 layers.The S 1 layer is thinner and S 2 layer is thicker.However S 3 layer is quiet thinner,so that it is difficult to identify.Lignin concentration in cell wall is CC>CML>S 2.
