摘 要: 通过对 2— 6环多环芳烃 (PAHs)气相色谱保留时间 (RGC)与HPLC保留值及与辛醇 /水分配系数 (KOW)对应关系的研究 ,发现RGC与HPLC保留值及KOW间存在明显的线性相关关系 ,建立了RGC与KOW间的一元回归方程 ,并对包括EPA 1 6种优先控制的PAHs在内的 3 3种多环芳烃化合物的KOW 值进行估算 ,估算值的相对误差为 0 1 0 %— 1 2 1 0 % ,平均值为 4 5 1 % . The study on the relationship between retention time(R GC)of gas chromatography and the octanol/water partition coefficients of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)with two to six rings indicates that the significant correlation is present.The octanol/water partition coefficients of thirty-three PAHs,include sixteen priority PAHs recommended by EPA,have been estimated using the unitary regression equation established on the basis of correlation analysis.The result of error analysis shows that it is a convenient method for estimating the octanol/water partition coefficients of PAHs.While,the range of relative error of the estimation is from 0.10% to 12.10% with a ave- vage of 4.51%.
