摘 要: 在B.R.缓冲溶液(pH=3.05)中,谷胱甘肽在-0.40V产生灵敏的极谱波,据此建立了测定谷胱甘肽的新方法.该波高与谷胱甘肽浓度在(5.0×10-7~2.0×10-5)mol/L范围内成线性关系,此法用于药物中谷胱甘肽的测定,得到满意的结果. *'A sensitive polarographic wave caused by glutathione in B.R. medium (pH=3.05) has been investigated. The polarographic wave is characterized by an adsorptive reduction wave, and the peak potential is about -0.40*!V. The peak height is linear with glutathione concentration over a range of 5.0×10-7*!mol/L to 2.0×10-5*!mol/L. The method has been developed for the determination of glutathione in pharmaceutical with satisfactory results.
