摘 要: Neutrophils can generate oxygen free radicals by respiratory burst. Oxygen free radicals injury is one of the important reasons of ischemia and anoxemia. Low intensity He-Ne laser irradiation combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection(SM) can treat ischemia and anoxemia well in clinic, but the mechanism remains obscure. Primary study on cellular level is needed. In the paper, the effects of low intensity He-Ne laser irradiation, SM, and the combination of low intensity He-Ne laser irradiation and SM on the respiratory burst of bovine neutrophils are examined, respectively. In the study, He-Ne laser, SM or the combination of He-Ne laser and SM all can inhibit the respiratory burst of neutrophils evidently. The effect of the combination of laser and SM is more marked than that of only laser or SM. These results can help to understand the mechanism of ischemic injury.
